Gianna Harts is a high-level financial consultant with over 20 years of experience specializing in accounting operations, nonprofit financial management, and financial systems support. Throughout her career, including her tenure as a corporate Vice President and Controller, she has mastered the art of streamlining complex workflows—from payroll administration and budgeting to grant compliance and financial reporting.

As the leader of Books Done Quick, Inc. (established in 2019), Gianna works as a dedicated partner to executive leadership. She provides the financial clarity and structured procedures necessary for organizations to maintain accurate, organized, and reliable records. Her expertise goes beyond standard bookkeeping; she is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional. Gianna leverages a secure, virtual-first infrastructure to provide seamless support to clients across Southwest Florida, Virginia, and nationwide.

Gianna brings a unique perspective to her work. She is a Florida State-Licensed Specialty Contractor and an NRA-Certified Rifle Instructor.  When she isn't optimizing financial systems, she enjoys traveling with her husband, Steve, to visit their five adult children and grandchildren, or relaxing with a hilariously bad B-rated movie.
